Twenty-One Senses will bring their Calm Room to Center on Halsted for families that need a break from the stimulation of the Boo-tacular. Sensory tools will be available to all throughout the event.
Alumni from our youth drag education program, Dare to Drag, will present family-friendly Halloween Drag Bingo! Don't miss your chance to win a prize, 3pm-4pm.
Center on Halsted invites all Boo-tacular attendees to contribute to this welcoming and inclusive afternoon. To that end, costumes must refrain from:
• Cultural appropriation
• Weapons, prop weapons, and anything that could be mistaken for a weapon
• Masks covering the entire face
Individuals with costumes pieces that do not fit within these guidelines may be asked to remove them.
