Since 2015, Center on Halsted has hosted the Midwest’s largest LGBTQ+ Career Fair. This event, free for job seekers, connects community members with LGBTQ+ affirming employers who are seeking new talent. Each year, the event draws hundreds of community members and features dozens of LGBTQ+ friendly corporations, small businesses, government agencies, and non-profits.

Organizations who sponsor this event are offered a variety of benefits in addition to having a priority presence as a participating exhibitor during the Career Fair. Sponsorship provides direct support to Center on Halsted’s mission in serving Chicagoland’s LGBTQ+ community, which serves as valuable messaging to your LGBTQ+ workforce that they are seen and valued.
