Center on Halsted hosts several peer-led Community Groups who meet regularly for discussion, activity, and socializing. The Center provides a supportive space for these groups to gather and collaborate within the LGBTQ and Allied communities. This group meets every Wednesday.
We are a discussion group for anybody who wants to talk about gender or topics that relate to gender. We center the needs of anybody who falls under the umbrella of trans, genderqueer, gender non-conforming, or nonbinary. Folks of all gender experiences are welcome. Check our our website for more information and to see our working agreements: www.genderqueerchicago.org.
