SERVICE PROVIDER INFORMATION Medical Health Care

The CORE Center provides Primary Care for people living with HIV through comprehensive single site primary care clinics. Within these clinics primary care physicians, nurses, clinical pharmacists, social worker, insurance benefit workers, mental health providers, nutritionists, dental providers, and chaplains provide a complete range of services. Site has an adolescent medicine department. The Adolescent Medicine Department serves ages 13-24. The Adolescent Clinic meets Monday afternoons. The Adolescent Medicine team provides comprehensive health services, including: primary medical care, pharmacology, psychiatry, individual and group counseling, case management, outreach, and peer counseling.
