Mission: Near North Health Service Corporation (NNHSC) exists to improve the health and well-being of the people and community it serves. It operates programs and services using community primary care concepts, emphasizing prevention of illness and the promotion of healthy lifestyles. Services provided by NNHSC will focus on the medically underserved, and will be
sensitive to the cultural and linguistic needs of the people it serves. Acknowledging that the environmental, social, and cultural factors influence one's health, its programs will empower individuals to be healthy through education and skill building. We will advocate for safe and healthy communities.
NNHSC will play a role in educating and training medical and health care professionals in order to assure the accomplishment of its objective.
