Questions about HIV and STDS?

You’re in the right place!

Our diverse team of health educators can provide support and find specialty care, HIV providers, behavioral health support, LGBTQIA+ supportive care, low-cost/free HIV and STD testing sites, PrEP and PEP locations and assistance, and a wide range of referrals to services! 

This hotline is available in English and Spanish and open to anyone regardless of race, ethnicity, age, gender or sexuality.  


The State of Illinois HIV/AIDS & STD Hotline is funded by the Illinois Department of Public Health.

Health Educators are not medical professionals and speaking with a licensed medical provider is always encouraged.
