The HIV Resource HUB is a Chicago Department of Public Health funded initiative that serves as a partnership between AIDS Foundation of Chicago and Center on Halsted. The Resource Hub will provide comprehensive information and direct connections to HIV services for people living with and vulnerable to HIV. Individual assessments will be provided to identify specific needs and connection to appropriate resources. Hub services include HIV testing and PrEP support, mental health counseling, medical transportation, primary care, housing navigation and more. |
