COH Behavioral Health - Grief and Loss Begins May 10 and ends in Mid-July. $15 per session Everyone experiences grief and loss in their own unique way, and grief can be an isolating experience. This group is a space for LGBTQIA+ individuals to process the loss of a loved one through death. Emphasis will be on community building, and will encourage participants to share ideas, thoughts and feelings about the grief process. By emphasizing the power of community, members will explore their own forms of resilience and methods of remembering their loved ones in group meetings. Also explored will be the unique challenges that the pandemic has created for grieving group members.
